Youthspace.ca offers emotional and crisis support when one is feeling depressed or suicidal. Simply text 778-783-0177, and a crisis worker (trained in ASIST) will text back immediately and continue to text for as long as needed. Many of us, and especially our young people, don’t like talking on the phone and would feel much more comfortable texting. This is a free service for any youth or young person under the age of 30.
